The Museum of Contamporary Art, that find his collocation next to the franciscan accomodating house Domus Pacis, was born in 1994 on P. Felice Rossetti’s inspiration. He, with the collaboration of Minor Friars of Umbria, could realize a museaum to expose the works of renowned and donor artists.

The principal aim of the enterprice, in the new rooms to use as in 2006 for the permanent exposition, is to pay a tangible and devoted homage to the Seraphic Father that is great and inexhaustible inspirator of art, in all her expressions.

The Museum wants further to testimoniate the continuity of the glorious tradiction of the Minoritic Order in the use of the art, as efficacious instrument of evangelic announcement and of elevation of the man.

You can admire the works of: Franco Aloisi, Ennio Bencini, Aldo Bossini, Giorgio de Chirico, Valery Escalar, Luigi Ferrata, Pier Demetrio Ferrero, Adelina Guerrini Ascari, Roberto Joppolo, Antonio Meloni, Umberto Mastroianni, Giuliano Ottaviani, Nino Parola, Alfredo Pascazi, Franco Salvotti, Alberto Schiavi, Giovanni Secomandi, Carlo Sottili, Orlando Spigaroli, Ermanno Volpi, marco Dell’Oriente.
