Into the structure the bar is always open, with adjacent room for tasting or for a simply relaxing pause.

At the bar there is a selection of typical products of gastronomy of Umbria, as truffle, oil, “strangozzi” and delicious sweets as “baci” and “assisian roccioletti”.

On the external patio in front of the entrance of the structure there is an area supplied with tables and chairs for a comfortable relax.
